We can only accept items returned to us within 14 days from the date your order was dispatched. All items must be returned to us before a refund or exchange is issued. We ask that you take care when opening your package to prevent damage. Any items returned to us that have been damaged will not be accepted. Items must be returned to us in an unworn and unwashed condition, deemed fit for re-sale with tags still attached. When trying products on please be very careful for example, please ensure you are not wearing deodorant, antiperspirant or makeup which may leave marks on the product as we will not be able to arrange an exchange or refund for any item returned to us with marks or stains. Be sure to inspect any item received from us as we will only accept products returned in their original condition and fit for re-sale unless other wise faulty where we would exchange and send a new item to you. Please note we can not accept returns for Underwear if the packaging seal has been broken and we feel the items have been worn.
